All items purchased on Cdkey Warehouse are delivered via email to the registered customer. Items are shipped within 24 hours of purchase but usually within a few hours of payment, depending on the geographic location of the purchase. If you require the licensing and physical copy of the game please contact us via E-mail stating this. It will incur a shipping and handling fee of roughly $12usd, depending on location of the customer.

Returns:

All payments made to Cdkey Warehouse are non-refundable. Due to the nature of the product and the possiblity of a consumer registering the CDkey on the appropriate Online Platform (Steam, EADM, Win Live) we must enforce this. If in the case that your product/cdkey is deemed in unacceptable condition (Invalid) we will investigate the issue and provide a replacement or full refund.
